Our goal is to improve your physical and mental health, decrease chronic disease risk factors, and increase energy and overall well-being.   • Do you suffer from food allergies, digestive problems, chronic disease, poor diabetic control, or are simply wanting to achieve your ideal weight? A healthy balanced diet is the foundation, while balancing the microbiome, and the additional use of supplements and botanicals can be addressed as the need arises.

  • Physical activity should be incorporated into your daily life by moving your body more on a regular basis. Specific activities focusing on cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and strength training are also necessary, in varying quantities dependent upon your age.

  • Activity should be enjoyable and can be tailored to your personal interests and level of fitness as well as any current physical limitations and ongoing health concerns. As your fitness and strength improves it will be important to adapt your routines to maximize these benefits.

Mental Health & Mind-Body

  • Optimizing your mental state improves quality of life, as well as physical health. Mind-body modalities decrease the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline and reduce inflammation - a contributor to chronic disease. Learn to manage stress, improve concentration, sleep, energy and overall well-being.

  • Our goal is to incorporate all modalities available to address your specific mental health needs. This can include breathing techniques, meditation, yoga and physical activity. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is also effective and can partner well with botanicals or prescribed medications, when required.

  • We will address the many factors contributing to your mental health such as, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and daily stressors. By focusing on these components and adding complimentary modalities, we can achieve the goal of increased well-being and reduced dependence on medications.
